loading component washing machine with sliding
door single chamber ultrasonic washing machine.
This type of ultrasonic parts cleaner consists
of custom designed rotary fixture table where component placed & door
closes. After door closing the table rotates in vertical axis with prewash spray
and drain closes for injection flooding. Next operation will be ultrasonic
cleaning with rotary agitation, Post spray wash, Rinse & Hot air blow for
drying. These type of machines are basically used to wash and dry components
like all
